Initially Smart Switch prompted to change the permissions for Phone and Clock (I think?), I've checked the rest of the permissions and I can't see anything being denied. I've checked the phone and it shows the version of Smart Switch is up to date and I've also made sure the phone is fully up to date for the main Android software and in the Galaxy store as well. It gives the option to Retry which of course doesn't work either Please open and update the Smart Switch application on the connected device.
